My company will be upgrading GP 2010 to GP 2013 in January. Part of the upgrade will include implementing the Procurement Module. Does anyone know where I could find a project plan for the process? I have been tasked with creating a rough plan without the benefit of fully vetting the project. I really need an idea of key milestones and some rough timelines. I know every implementation is different from others, any help would be greatly appreciated

This is definitely not something that you will find over the internet, what you may find is an overall understanding or templates related to project planning in general which could not be one hundred percent related to your business. What you are looking for can be professionally conducted by a consultancy which is highly engaged in such projects, and can provide you with a project plan that is tailored to your business needs.

This is a multi-part article which could give you the overall insight as related to the mile stones and project phases which are considered for implementing Dynamics GP (which could be slightly different than your case, which is upgrading the current system). This will give you a rough assessment of the mile stones to be considered in your project planning.
