Currently, we print out on paper all of the posting reports that are generated when from Series Post within the Financial module. In other words, all of the postings from the sub-ledgers, as well as miscellaneous journal entries.
We rarely refer back to these post reports; but, would like to have them on hand, "just in case" we need them.
I know that I can print to pdf instead of paper; but, I'm wondering if there's an even better way. Is there an option to have these automatically save to a specified location each time the Series Post process is ran?
Send them to text files and append rather than replace.
Set it up in Posting Settings (Tools >> Setup >> Posting >> Posting)
