PV is really slow to pull up on cheque selection screens

Hi guys

Two people at our client are having issues with the cheque selections screens 03.500 and 03.050. When they first log in for the day and try to select a reference number, the PV takes minutes to load. Once it's loaded once and they press F3 again on subsequent lines, it comes right up.

When I log in using my credentials as SYSADMIN, the PV comes up within a couple of seconds for me.

If the two affected people use a different workstation they still have ths same problem. And they don't have issues with any of the other PV's, just these two.

The PV is custom - it's joined to the Vendor table to pull in the vendor name - but if this was the issue, it would happen for all users and not just these guys ...we're all accessing the same PV.

Anyone come across a similar issue? If so, any insight on how to fix it?
