Is it possible to get our agents to get notifications about the various open service orders requested by our customers within the city they are in (or agreed radius). Then for the available agents to then select a particular service order they want to fulfil by accepting the particular order?
You can sepearate each of the resources and work orders in a particular territory?. You can show the open work orders on the mobile by service territory? Then when the work order is booked you can remove it from the view.
