Blank location for Purchase putaway

We are using standard cost and have our storage dimension group settings as depicted below: 
 
I need to show a blank location at the time of receiving in purchase putaway on the mobile device. How do I configure the location directive for this to happen?

    Step 1: Make Storage Dimension Groups are Set-up Properly Blank Receipt Allowed 
     
     
    Step 2 Set-up Location Directive for Purchase Putaway which is used for work tempalate for Purchase Putaway and edit the query

    In case warehouse management processes are enabled for the storage dimension group, then a blank value for the receipt or issue can't be enabled. Can you elaborate on the requirement? Warehouse management in Dynamics 365 works with locations mandatory. In case you have a general location, who don't you set up a location called "Blank"?

    Could you please clarify what you mean by “Blank”?
    Do you mean that you want the location to be blank by default, and then have the user scan or enter the put-away location on the mobile device while receiving the item against the purchase order?
    As Andre mentioned, Warehouse Management in D365 F&O requires a location Typically, there is a default RECV (receiving) location configured.
    As mentioned earlier, if your requirement is for users to receive goods into a receiving location and then put them away directly to a location they scan or manually enter.
    You can do a tweak in the location directive setup. This will not suggest default location (It will be Blank) and than you can scan the Put location.
