2 different user view different amount format in general ledger entries

We are using cloud based Business Central Version: IN Business Central 17.5, We are facing one issue 2 different user view different amount format in general ledger entries as below

Both user not have super user right. Can anyone help me -  how to show same amount format for all users  ?

    Hi,

    The settings related to decimal places for unit amount and amounts are handled in General Ledger Setup which should be same for both users.

    It is strange why both users are getting different formats. Check General Ledger setup and try for both users again after logging them out.

    Using the same regional settings? That is something it controls: docs.microsoft.com/.../admin-manage-user-settings-preferences
