Facing "Access Denied" issue for one of the created user in the CRM portal

Hello everyone,

I've created one user for the CRM portal and assigned the required web role to that user. Still, I'm getting the following message when I try to login

"We are sorry, you do not have permission to view the requested content."

Can anybody please advise how to get rid of this? Am I missing any other role or settings here?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
