Trying to create a purchase return order from a sales return order. I get to the page to create the purchase order but it will not allow me to choose a vendor account from the dropdown. It doesn't even show the dropdown. I've added all the security required, but the vendor account dropdown still won't work. Anyone know what security is needed to get this to work? The system admin role is able to do it, but unable to figure out the security for it.

Role has all the required duties:
Maintain sales order
Maintain sales return order
Maintain purchase order
Maintain vendor master (shouldn't need this but I tried it just in case)
