Making the Model-driven Sales Team Member App ready for the enforcement of Team Member License

Posted on by 10

We have a comment customized solution we use for multiple schools, and it would be nice to “add” the Sales Team Member App to this Solutions, and implement the customized Sales Team Member App (Model-driven) through this comment CRM Solution.

But when I add the model-driven app Sales Team Member App and modified it, export the solution and import it to the schools production environment, the modifications in the model-drive app “Sales Team Member App, are overwrite with the standards settings in the Sales Team Member App?

I know the Sales Team Member App is Manage, and that is properly the reason, but can it be right that I have to go into each production environment and modify the Sales Team Member App, and if we in the future adds new entities, upgrade the production environment I need to remember toad the new entity for the Model-driven app Sales Team Member App?

Hope someone can help me out here

Do you have a source where it specifies "Sales team member app" can't be add as part of a solution? I can't seems to be able to import a solution with the sales team member app.

Hi Christel.  I'm not sure on your goal:

    - If you want that users with teamMember licenses have access to your customizations, you should create solutions where "Sales team Member App" are modified according to your needs and with access to the appropriate entities (according to the licensing guide).  In order to deploy this to another instance, one of the prerequisites would be that the Sales team Member App is already deployed.  Once the "Sales team Member App" is deployed, you should be able to deploy yours on top of it.

    - If you want to include "Sales team Member App" as part of your solution, I'm afraid this is not possible

    Best regards,
