Detailed Employee List is duplicating deductions

We have imported YTD into a test and are using the Detailed Employee list to review and verify results. The system is duplicating the 401k deduction on the report. The net is correct. I have reviewed the UPR00500 and The UPR40900 to be sure there is only one W-2 box label. What could be causing this?

I went to MS is a bug in the report. Was an issue years ago seems to be back. I have test to do to give MS the specifics and maybe it will be fixed in the next release.

What tool did you use for the import, and/or what tables did you import the information into?
