I wanted to know bout system setting for 
 
Set tracking options for emails between Microsoft Dynamics 365 users
Dynamics 365 email messages sent between Dynamics 365 users can be tracked as two activities: an outgoing email activity and an incoming email activity. This will not occur if all Dynamics 365 recipients are configured for sender-based matching only.
 
If I uncheck it, it will not create two records like sent and received. but what does mean by /This will not occur if all Dynamics 365 recipients are configured for sender-based matching only/. 
 
Can someone please let me know that will happen?
