    Hi Partner,
    Was this email sent from Dynamics (current app)? Or was it sent from outlook and traced to Dynamics?
    When you send email from Dynamics, Date sent will be populated automatically:
    When it is tracked from outlook "Actual End" will be populated with email sent time, 'Date sent' field will be empty, it is by-design.

    Is there any way to capture the sent date for the mails sent by Outlook pulgin.

    Hi,
    As i said before, the sent date for the mails sent by Outlook pulgin is populated in the 'Actual End' field.
