How to transfer information from the conversation form to the incident form

Hello community.

I would like to fill in the data from the /incident/ form in the Incident entity with the information contained in the /conversation summary/ form in the Conversation entity.

I have no idea where to start. Do you have any ideas?

How to transfer information from the conversation form to the incident form

Hi Partner,

The conversation and case have N:1 relationship.

What you want is to populate parent entity(incident) with the values of child entity(conversation).

If you want to transfer information from the conversation to incident when you create one new case on the conversation form:
