Hi there,
I have created a project timesheet workflow email template with the below placeholders.
When receiving the email, the placeholders aren't replaced with actual data. I have checked the language setting and it is en-us on user, workflow and legal entity.
How would I get the data to show?
Dear %Workflow.Approvers% Please approve timesheet for %Workflow.Workflow originator% from %Timesheets.PeriodFrom% to %Timesheets.PeriodTo%. Billable hours: %Timesheets.Total billable hours% Non billable hours: %Timesheets.Total non-billable hours%
Thanks,
Shaun
Hi ShaunHawshaw
It seems your template is not appropriate.
It should be as follows:
%message%
-------------------
For %message% - You need to provide all placeholders in workflow instruction.
Please take a look at the below document for more details.

Thanks,
Here is my template:
Hi there, This feature is on. How do I find the new placeholders?
Hi ShaunHawshaw
I had this issue last month after enabling a new feature from feature management.
If you have enabled the following feature, you may have to replace all old placeholder with new placeholder due to change is structure of relationship between project header and line on Timesheet line workflow. Or just disable this feature.
Feature name : Enable to fetch project details for intercompany resources in a timesheet line approval workflow.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
