Issues with my version of GP on Microsoft 2012 (on-prem server)

Does anyone know how I can reach out to Microsoft Support about an issue with Dynamics GP 2016 on a 2012 Microsoft on-prem server?
 
Been looking everywhere and I cannot find anything. 
 
It's a very specific issue with confidential information that I cannot share on a forum unfortunately.

    Note that GP 2016 is no longer in mainstream support but depending on your issue, the Fargo-based team may be able to help.
