Dashboards rendering

Posted on by 10

Hello,

As a data driven company we rely on our dashboards and one of the reasons we have not moved to the new UI is because the dashboards look really clunky.

I have tried them on various internet explores some render "OK" but some data is missing i.e total numbers on top of bar charts.

We also have some charts which have been customised on XML and imported back these d not work at all.

Does anyone know a away around it so that all charts render as should?

Thanks,

HP7

    Hi HP7

Which CRM version is this? Could you try re-creating charts from scratch instead of importing just to segregrate the root cause of the issue & let us know?

Also, there was a known bug but way before & was fixed. You could read about it below-

    community.dynamics.com/.../bug-in-charts-in-unified-interface-when-having-two-categories-of-type-optionset

    Hope this helps.

    Regards

    Roma

    Hello HP7,

Have you tried with the Release Wave 2 "early access" mode enabled?

I'm asking because Release Wave 2 is supposed to address some of the remaining chart parity gaps, as documented here:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform-release-plan/2020wave2/power-apps/address-key-chart-customization-gaps-unified-interface
