I was running VendorID Modifier and encountered an ODBC SQL error can not alter replicated object PM00200.

First thing to look at...do you have two vendors with the same id in the table? You should not be able to do this but it looks like you have an ID conflict.
Second thing, are you changing one vendor to the same ID as an existing vendor?
