Business Portal error adding new user

Hi All,

I have a client that has tried to add a new user to Business Portal in Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 with an apostrophe in their login name. It was successfully setup in Active Directory and Outlook. An error occurred in BP with unexpected token. Can someone advise me on how to add the user?

Hey Geoff,

We do not actually use Business Portal, so this is just a thought, and you may have already tried. But have you tried entering their name using the ` key (that is the one to the left of the numeric 1 key on a standard US keyboard) and not the ' key which is a single quote (usally this key is to the left of the enter key). I have seen this fix a lot of problems with web sites in general.
