for some reason every time I RDP to the Sever 2012 R2 with GP2010 each time I open a window transaction for Example I click on Sales Transaction Entry the window open in the background therefore I need to go and find it in order to start entering an Order , can anyone tell me why this is happening?

did this happening in all logins? have you check via admin login?
i guess some hot fix\service pack needed to fix the above case.

so you are saying that I need to apply the hot fix to the client and to the server 2012 r2 as well.

Its not just the server its the clients as well that need hotfixes applied.
so I should try to apply this hotfix to server 2012 R2 and see if the issue goes away ?
This a problem we have seen with Remote App on earlier version of Windows as well. This information can be found on the following pages:

While this speaks only to 2008 and 2008 R2 the same would go for Server 2012.

Thanks for your reply , I don't really know how to post the screen shots , I don't see an option to attached a document, but let me try again. I'm inside GP and when I go to Sales Transaction Entry the form should open in front of me however I need to go the windows bar at the button in order to select the Sales Transaction Entry window in order to start working , also this happen in all the GP windows even the login on the server 2012 r2 environment.
