I've set up the email router to connect On-Prem CRM 2013 to Exchange 365 and, in the most part, it seems ok.
One odd item though...
Configuration Profiles are setup so that incoming and outgoing Access Credentials are set to "User Specified". User Mailboxes are configured to allow the Mailbox to use Credentials for Email Processing...users have added their email addresses and passwords.
Users who have changed their passwords recently fail the Email Router "Test Access" process. Reverting their password to the one prior to current and running the same test process works...
...very strange!
Anyone know why?
