Setup for sending system generated Purchase/Sales quotation to Vendor/Customer via outlook

I want to send purchase quotations to vendors via outlook on defined e-mail address on the vendor card. And same for sales quotations to customers via outlook on defined e-mail address on the customer card.

What setups are required to do so?

Hi Saurabh,

I have gone through the Zetadocs link and ofcouse it can be useful to send the mail to customer and vendor.

Is there any other way to send the emails other than Zetadocs?

use Zetadocs express to send the document with attachment to vendor / customer email address.
