You have to configure ClientKeepAlive setting client side (for each client)

    C:\Users\USER%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\X0\ClientUserSettings.config

    Hello Sanjay,

Please check the value of Keep Alive Interval value in Server NAV Config file and set it to larger then 00:05:00 (as you have set 5 min for idle time out)

You need to restart the service after changing this.

Let me know if need any other information.

    Regards,

    Saurabh Shah

    Hello Sanjay,

Can you confirm that the Idle timeout has been set in NAV Services. Can you share the snippet of your NAV Service.

It is also require to restart the service after setting the idle timeout in NAV service.

    Regards,
