Hi,
I'm on a journey to upgrade our existing AX2012 R3 to D365 F&O over the next few months. From the upgrade documentation I understand that the first step is to have the System Diagnostics installed and running on the existing environment.
But somehow the System Diagnostics is not showing up in my LCS login. I looked in the landing page and the project page, but unable to find it.
Am I looking in the wrong place or missing something here? Thanks.
System diagnostic is related to an environment, not the whole project or tentant. Go to details of the environment.
