Error while attaching file when i click contract button it works but when click file it doesn't work

Error while attaching file when i click contract button it works but when click file it doesn't work and generating Error .

    I resolve the issue by giving full permission to the user   under which account your AOS service is running for reference check the below link

    Hi Shabir,

    Have you setup Document management parameters "Archive directory" under Organization administration > Setup > Document management parameters?

    If yes, then go to Organization administration > Setup > Document types. Choose the type "File" and see if the Archive directory has been specified there as well.
