It is Depot Moudle and not POP plus RMA not RTV. I cans ee the record in SQL Work tables but on RMA Screen, it does not pop up.
That is what the problem. For RMA Entry/inquiry Screent it should be moved in History Tables.
Understood. Looks like you have corrupt data.
Can you call up the transaction in the Transation Entry window?
Can you see the transaction in the Vendor Transaction Enquiry window?
(If so, is its status Histoy, Work or Open? - Can you drill back on the transaction?)
First off, run a checklinks on the Purchasing tables.

Let me clarify my question again. I have an RMA TRX which when I inquire in GP, shows me nothing and says that this RECORD is History but when I look into the tables that TRX is still sitting in WORK Table being marked as HISTORY TRX.
So my question is and was that what to do with this type of TRX; where it says it is History but still in Work Table ?
Why do you want to move data from work to history? Can you not post the transactions?
You could get yourself in a whole lot of trouble by by-passing the standard GP functionality of the posting process.
What transactions are you hoping to transfer? - beware that some transactions go to an Open table first and then go to history, eithre automatically when they are paid, or have to be transferred by a 'manual' process.
In theory, it is certainly possible - its just moving data from one table to another and you could do it with SQL - but if you do so, you miss all of the stored procedures etc. that run when you click 'Post' in GP.
