    Hello,

You can try standard FA Book Value 1 report msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh165726(v=nav.90).aspx) and FA Analysis report (msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh165724(v=nav.90).aspx). Perhaps this would give you needed info.

    Hi Fah777,

There could be a way to get a view and not a report( If you are ok with it). Do you have a salvage value for your fixed assets ?

    Regards,

    Hasitha J

    Hi Fah777,

I'm assuming you are an end-user of Dynamics NAV. Your best bet on learning how to create a report is to review the steps in this Student Learning course on Microsoft CustomerSource: mbs.microsoft.com/.../course80433

It is for NAV 2013, but a lot of this will apply to NAV 2009 RoleTailored Client as well. If you're using the Classic Client of NAV 2009, it will be much different, and you may not find any official material on Microsoft CustomerSource.

If your company uses Jet Reports (Express or Professional/Essentials), you could find some tips here: youtu.be/kdQUT-hk1Es

I've bookmarked the YouTube link at 17minutes, where the presenter begins talking about the Table Query Wizard.

Beyond that, it's not really a one line answer - you're essentially asking for instructions to design a specific report. Your NAV partner or a NAV developer can easily design this report.

This type of work would normally be provided as a billable service, and soliciting business would be against the spirit and the rules of the Microsoft Dynamics Community.

Good luck, and I hope the additional resources and the information in my earlier response help.

Please verify by clicking Yes next to "Did this answer your question" if my response has been helpful.

If you don't find an out of the box report for this, it's simple to make one in NAV or Excel.

Create a List report for Table 5612 (FA Depreciation Book), and make sure that report filters out any Fixed Assets where Book Value (field 17) is <= 0.

That should show you only the Assets that are not full depreciated.

    Very simple.

I hope this helps. If my response has answered your question, please take a moment to verify by clicking "Yes" next to "Did this answer your question?"
