Hi
I have a client who has entered a budget in Forecaster but can't see it in FRx. She says that this happens often and then will appear at a later stage. Does anyone know what the trigger is that makes it appear?
Tried: Rebuild GL index, closing both Forecaster and FRx and reopening.
Also found something about column type should be FRx Forecaster.
None of those were any good.
Any ideas?

It sounds like Heather's issue was that under Setup | Segments | Periods that a book code was not added for the new year's periods.

You should see if prior year budgets pull data. There could be a number of things wrong, like incorrect setup in the Forecaster periods, incorrect setup in the formatting of the FRx columns that point to Forecaster, or the user account may not have permission to return data from Forecaster when you run reports.
If you can that would be great! We've checked the Book Code's in FRx and Forecaster against each other and everything looks right, but FRx is no longer pulling the Forecaster budget data.

This didn't resolve it in our case. One of our other consultants ended up resolving it. The comment he put against the call for the resolution was "Insert BOOK code in FRx Forecaster".
I can't shed any more light than that because it doesn't mean anything to me. However, if this doesn't make sense to you, I can get more information for you.

I'm seeing a similar issue, did this correct it for you?
There can be issues in FRx where the .G32 files aren't refreshing correctly. Rename the .G32 file for all companies and then login to FRx company, Forecaster company, and FRx cmopany again. That should regenerate them and pick up the new budgets.
