After Customer undo settlement, customer balance is not tally

Hi,

Good afternoon!

what could be the reason why the balances are not tally with amount in transaction currency.

How to fix the issue.

    It could be the reason there might be a partial settlemen, to check this select the transaction and view settlement from action pane.

    Can you elaborate on transaction type for voucher *5347 and settlement history. I guess the first and second one have "Settlement"?

    Have you tried to settle the voucher *4359 against voucher *5347?
