i receive the following message when i try to run the current year P&L report in management report writer. "The report contains no date". i can run 2019 no problem but when i run 2020 i get the message

To add to Bill's questions:
1. What is the period number and fiscal year that the report is being generated for?
2. Can you confirm that there is data in Dynamics for the selected period number and fiscal year?
3. Can the issue be re-created on a simple test report? Create a brand new row definition that includes only one account number; a brand new column definition with only three columns: DESC, FD/PERIODIC and FD/YTD; and a brand new report definition that combines the row and column together. Do not add any additional formatting or change any options and generate the report.

First question I would look for is the 2019 Fiscal Year closed?
Second question when you open the MR for the Column definition - how are the date fields defined.
Please clip the Column layout for the report from within MR for more clarity.
