Hi all, I have some old production orders that I want to stop appearing on the inventory valuation WIP report, some orders still have quantites remaining but all have been changed to status finished.

However they still show on the report, how can I stop these from appearing??????

How old? Are they from an open accounting period? In some cases you can simply delete them - like when there was no output/finished quantity is zero.

Hi Marley,

The best trick is to apply Filters, you can apply the filter "STATUS" for the jobs. Select all other than Finished.

just to add, that they appear in the Cost Posted to GL column, although they have been changed to finished???
