How to not show questions without text?

I know it is a weird question, so let me explain. I sent the texts for questions through the survey URL from Power Automate. There are situations that I have two questions, other 10 questions, so I have created a survey form with 10 questions. However, when I get only two questions, the remaining eight show in the survey with no text, only the Yes/No options.

Is there a way for me to now show that when there is no text in the question field?

Thank you.
