buy additional storage for CRM Online for partners

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

we are Microsoft Partner and we are using the  CRM Online for Partners subscription.

This subscription is limited to 5GB Storage by Default.

It ist not possible to buy additional storage because there is no option in the "purchase services" to do so.
I've followed the Information in the TechNet article:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj191611.aspx

How can I increase the storage or buy additional storage for my subscription?

Thanks for your support

best regards

Dirk Stolle

    Hi,

    sorry for the delay.

Yes, I solved it with the support team.

You need to get a special partner subscription wich ist called (in german): „Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online - ein Arbeitsplatz für Partner“

In english it‘s something like „one seet offer for partners“ I guess. This subscription ist free for Microsoft partners.

You can then buy additional storage as an add on to that subscription.

Just call the Office 365 support team, only they can help you.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like in the admin center  in the subscriptions section:

    Hi Dirk,

The 5 Gigs is the 'limit' but you won't get capped (i.e., you can use 6, 10, gb while still paying for 5). If you exceed your limit then Microsoft will suggest you up your limit and they'll give you all the details there. You could try to increase it now but I'd suggest you just save your money until you actually exceed it.

Hope this helps! I'd appreciate if you'd mark this as Answering your question.

    Thanks,

     Aiden
