when i try to Access the Log a support Incident functionality on the

page, i get the following error:

Please give me the necessary hints to get past this error since the issue we need to get solution to our support problem to get on with our current project.

Got that solved.
tried everything other posters suggested, nothing worked. A while after i was informed that our support subscription has ended due to not meeting some sales targets.
The problem is that the error message didn't give me any understandable information od the cause of the problem. A simple "You cannot access the page since you have no valid support subscription" would have done it.

the "log a support" link should be redirected to mbs2.microsoft.com/.../newstart.aspx
please try that link directly.
do you have a live account with access to partnersource or customersource ?
try also with a different browser, clean the browser cache, try again.
