Actually we are making sales return putting - to Quantity, but how can we know, who is the user that make the returns on POS. Cause in fiel of transaction only appear the cashier who is making the transaction not who is giving the authorization to put in negative the sale.

you need to apply security at POS level and disable the ctrl+F4 key for return for your non manager pos cashiers and enable for only pos manger to perform return transcation
I suggest that you use the return mode,and assign a manger level for employees who are allowed to make returns.
