Hi Everyone,
Is there any way to add a customer's birthday information field on the billing information panel in customer profile of RMS SO.
More, is there any way to create physical mailing label from RMS?

Use one of the Custom Date fields in the Customer record
Utilities | Crystal Reports | select the Customer Mailing labels and enter your criteria
