We experience a bug with the offline mode since the upgrade of our server (CRM 365 V8.2.2). All our client can't access the offline mode with "Generic sql error"

We installed the update KB4230010 (Version 8.2.2.1862) on the server and the clients and the problem is fixed at our customer.
The clients are able to go offline again.
(KB4230010 / Version 8.2.2.1862 is a cumulative update which includes KB 4078187 / Version 8.2.2.1458)

At this stage, I think it's best to reach out to Microsoft Support for a detailed troubleshooting / assistance
I did it but unfortunately this has not resolved our problem. Same issue on the computer "SQL Generic Error"
I found the processe, but we never touch it. may i should deactivate it to see ?
