where I can set default warehouse for production order completion, or when production order is report as finished which should be the default warehouse.

Your production order will default to the settings for the inventory. There is no production inbound setting in R2. WHS in R3 might have a solution, but for R2 you need to set default inventory standard order, site specific and warehouse item (if WH is not defaulted) setting.

The settings have three types: SALES, INVENT and PURCH.
Sales defaults any sales orders
Purch defaults any purchase orders
Invent defaults any internal transactions like production orders.
on item there is no warehouse management tab, only manage inventory tab is available. on manage inventory there is no settings for production order completion warehouse settings. we are using AX 2012 R2 CU7.
Also put a default location for your warehouse if you use location granularity on your storage dimension.
You can do it in the Item warehouse item setup or set a default location on your warehouse.
The Inventory fields in "Default order settings", "Site specific order settings" and "warehouse item" default to all your internal item transactions like inventory journals or production orders.
Go to the item. Go to the warehouse management tab. On standard order settings set your site in the inventory site selection. Put in a similar data for inventory on your "site specific order settings".
