Encountering following screen shot error on Case entity form.

There is an issue with the dfc_SharepointDocuments web resource. I can examine your web resource code for problems if you post it.
I'm facing this issue only with certain records not with all the records.
That may be the case when certain records have data that can be read by your JavaScript, but this data is missing on other records. It will pay to check the dfc_SharepointDocuments web resource.

Was this working fine before and stopped working? It appears that you are trying to load the sharepoint document view on the form to view the sharepoint document with som unsupported javascript. If this is true then this is expected to break. Microsoft has recently release an update so possible that the old unsupported javascript doesn't work any more.
