Hello,

This is Abdul Rahman,

I'm currently facing an issue when attempting to initiate a new reconciliation for our company. The system consistently indicates that a statement already exists, even though there is no open statement.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with the bank reconciliation for the current month. Your support in resolving this matter is crucial.

update the recon. page.
check the last used statement no.
check if there is already a statement no. 12.

Bank Reconciliation

You say there is no open statement, but is there a posted statement with the number 12? The system thinks there is.

On your bank account card check the Last Statement No. field and change it to a different number. For example, change it from 11 to 12 so the next new statement is no. 13 instead.
