I'm new at this so I hope I give all the needed info. Here's the issue:
We've upgraded last weekend to the new Dynamics 365 for Field Service and we've noticed that the Schedule Board sets a resource unavailable for the whole afternoon because there was a Time Off Request for a few hours.
This is how it looks on the Work Hours of the resource:
and this is how we see it on the Schedule Board:
You can see that there is a fine white line at 15:30 but the part between 13:00 and 15:30 shouldn't be seen as unavailable.
I have been searching on the forum, but haven't found anything.
Please help.
