This should be clear to me how to fix, but alas....

Exception Message: User does not have a Configuration record and no Configuration record has been set as the Default.

    Hi Jack,

    Generally this error "User does not have a Configuration record and no Configuration record has been set as the Default" comes when the default configuration record does not mapped with logged in user.

    After setup the azure component and F&E app  there is section for post deployment task" https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/industry/nonprofit/fundraising-engagement-deploy#post-deployment-tasks-dynamics-365 ". Do not forget to create the configuration record in F&E and default config record should be mapped with your logged in user. Please refer the link given in the post for the same.
