290I'm hoping someone has come across this before and shed some light on to the problem for me.
My customer is trying to set a meal deal discount for either a 2 course or 3 course meal for a set price but still be able to charge full price if the items are purchased separately. I've looked at the mix and match unit price discount but this does not seem to work. I've tried following the guidance under RMS help but cannot work out what the "extended price" is to be and the A/B/C level prices either.
So, the scenario I have set up is this: 2 course meal deal comprising of a main course and dessert with a total selling price of £8.00, RMS should (at this point) reduce the price to £6.50 but it does not.
We are looking at the Promotions module/add-in but hoping we can get this to work without having to spend further money!
