Quota Limits Reached Did Not Reset In January.

I understand that the quota is based on contacts (emails), and it looks like I reached my limits. However, in January, my quota limits did not reset and I have not marketed to anyone in my contacts list.

I deactivated a number of contacts because we only marketed to them one time.

Do I really have to wait an entire month to activate new contacts so I can market to them?

Hi Gabriel, contacts reset 12 months after they have been last marketed to.
