Need replication Online MS CRM Dynamics to SQL Database in Azure

Hello All,

I want to do data replication(Data export service tool) from online MS Dynamics to SQL DB in Azure,

But I know only the tools , and unaware about :

1.What permission needs for SQL DB in azure.

2.what will be the straight steps for replication.

3.Is there any drawback if i will use Data export service tool?.

    Yes - the data export service supports SQL in an Azure VM but you must enable the "Connect to SQL Server over the Internet" setting.

    I am looking for sql server in Azure VM.Is it same for this also.
