Hello guys,

Has anyone ever used manager hierarchical security? I tried to build it on customer environmnent but there is no way to make it work.

Simple configuration: 2 users in the same BU, with the same security role which give user access on every privilege of opportunity entity. One user is manager of the other one and I can check it on graphical user representation. I've enabled manager hierarchy security, depth 4. My goal is to let manager work on reports opportunities but he can't even see them. Has anyone encountered any issue on this? I'm really frustrated and I don't know what to do. I could achieve my goal with access teams and a bit of customization, but I'd prefer to use built-in functionality and let the system do the job for me.

I managed to demo this for one of my client. It was pretty easy to setup & test.
