Hi,
I am working on Notes Import from DB to Notes in CRM. As of other entities, i created an alternate keys to avoid duplicates in CRM.
Can i know how do we prevent duplicates in Notes in CRM if we just have NoteDate , Notes , CustomerID data for Notes entity ?

You can't add attributes to the note entity. The only useful way to avoid duplicates is to use logic in the import to check if the record already exists (based on the data, customer and text), and only create a note if there isn't a match.
