How can we track & store changes in azure Devops done by functional teams in Dynamics 365 BC Cloud? We can be able to commit code by developer in Azure devops but how we can save or store changes in Azure Devops

Example :- We just trying to export data of Dynamic 365 Business Central companies (Like CRONUS) or Sandbox any companies data to Azure Devops git, if any changes done by GUI base or function end.
