Need to Add fields on Opportunity Closed as Lost list of values - Budget Eliminated, No Bid, Freight.

    Add the items to statuscode (Status Reason) field of Opportunity in Customization.

    Go to settings >>customisation >> entity>> opportunity >> fields >> status reason>> select status as lost and add values in status reason here
