Error when trying to run PSTL Customer Combiner

When trying to run PSTL Customer Combiner I receive the error message Cannot insert the value NULL into column AGPERAMT_1 and references PA00531. Any ideas as to how to correct his error?

Hi Leslie;

Yes, we are using Project Accounting. It seems as though something is preventing PA00531 from being populated with the customer ID.

Geeze,

Are you using Project Accounting? If you are not, I'd take it out of the set file and try again.

Thank you for your response Leslie. Part of the issue that I am running into is that when I look at the PA00531 table it is empty. As a FYI, the same is true for the PA00532 table. Thanks. again.

Hi,

This is a Project Accounting table named Customer Master WIP Summary. You already have an amount for the destination customer in this table. In order to get by this error you would need to remove it, or change its ID, and then make sure the new record has the combined values. You'd probably need to enter the combined values yourself. You will probably receive this primary key error on other tables. Same answer.
