Could you also let me know if your voiding a payment or an invoice. PM80200 shows you only payments that have been voided.

Do you know if the transactions were voided from VOID Historical Transactions or VOID open transactions. Did you try a smartlist, if you add the columns Void GL Posting date and Voided under payables transactions. you can then compare the number of transactions. Although am not sure if you could get the userid through smartlist.

I checked PM80200 and that record is not there. Then I checked PM30200 and find out there are over 500 transactions there that are voided. But in PM80200 there are only 250 voided transactions. I think it is only recording transactions that are voided from particular screen. Still looking for the right place.

you could get look at the PM80200 Void Reprint Void Payment WORK Table it gives you the information you are after.
Alternatively you could also get the information from smartlist
